Chrome plated solid steel bar and frame is adjustable in 6 in increments within a 30 in range. Frame attaches to wooden stringers and is removable for storage. Bar size is 1 OD, 40 in long, 29 lbs. Stringers are each 54 in long with mounting holes 24 in apart. These stringers mount 38 1/2 in center to center. Attachment hardware not included
